History of Barbacuá Burger
Yerba dried to barbacuá (wood-smoked) that the Burger family makes at The Fits (Obera), at a chag of immigrants arrived at Misiones in 1933. The barbacuá (wood-smoked) drilling area was modernized in 1979 and the Barbacuá (wood-smoked) brand came to market in 2009, widely chosen by Oberá's neighbours.
Background
In 2018 the family released a second brand, Three Generations, that won a gold medal at the Yerba mate World Cup.
