Yerba barbacuá (wood-smoked) of the brothers Santiago and Damian Zaragoza of Oberá, who holds his name in honor of his mother, Carla Zaragoza. It dries slowly with wood, between ten and 18 hours, and rests from 18 to 24 months before packaging.
